By using the Sellzy App, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
- Account Information: Full name, email, phone number, password
- Profile Details: Username, profile picture, location (if permitted)
- Item Details: Product descriptions, images, prices
- Payment Information: Limited payment details necessary for transactions through third-party providers (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Communications: Questions or feedback sent to our team, messages exchanged between users through the in-app chat, which may be reviewed by Sellzy for security and fraud prevention purposes
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, access times, patterns of app usage
- Location Data: If you grant permission, we may collect GPS data to display relevant nearby listings
2. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your user account
- To provide buying and selling services and facilitate user communication
- To improve your experience within the Sellzy App
- To analyze usage trends and enhance system quality
- To prevent fraud and monitor violations of the Terms of Use
- To send news, notifications, or special offers (with your prior consent where required by law)
- To review or monitor chat communications where necessary to investigate reports of unsafe behavior, fraud, prohibited content, or violations of our Terms of Use
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your data to:
- Other users to facilitate transactions (e.g., contact details for arranging meetups)
- Relevant third-party service providers such as payment processors, cloud services, or analytics tools
- Government agencies or officials as required by law
- In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or transfers of business
We will never sell your personal data to any external party.
4. Your Rights under the PDPA
You have the following legal rights:
- The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- The right to correct or update your data
- The right to request deletion or destruction of your data when it is no longer necessary
- The right to withdraw consent (for data processed on the basis of consent)
- The right to request suspension of processing or to object to processing in certain cases
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined and may retain it further if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure.
7. Children's Data
The Sellzy App is not intended for children under 13 years old (or under 20 if not legally of age under Thai law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. International Data Transfers
Where necessary, your data may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of personal data protection as Thailand. We will implement appropriate safeguards before transferring your data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels.

5. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
เราจะเก็บข้อมูลของคุณเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ และอาจเก็บไว้ต่อไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

7. ข้อมูลของเด็ก
แอป Sellzy ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี (หรือ 20 ปี หากยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายไทย) และเราไม่มีเจตนาจะเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยรู้เท่าทัน
8. การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ
หากจำเป็น ข้อมูลของคุณอาจถูกโอนออกไปยังประเทศที่ไม่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเทียบเท่าประเทศไทย เราจะดำเนินการตามมาตรการที่เหมาะสมก่อนทำการโอนข้อมูล
9. การปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้
